One Call VA

Every client requires a different level of service depending on their personalized requests and services needed.

Our rates range from $30-$40 per hour depending on scope of work.

We offer two types of payment plans:

Hourly:

During initial consultation an estimate of time to complete task(s) will be given in which 50% will be due in advance and 50% at the end of completed task(s). One hour minimum required. Any additional time will be billed in 15 minute increments.

Retainers:

By purchasing a Retainer Package, you are guaranteed a certain number of hours per month. If additional hours are required, we will contact you to extend your discounted rate.

* Discount will be for hourly amount agreed upon during initial consultation

Payment for retainer packages: 50% due up front and 50% at the end of the month. Unused hours will not be carried over.

Additional Charges

Supplies, postage, travel time/mileage, etc. will be billed to the client.

Rush and holiday services are considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to an additional 30% expedite fee.

We Love Referrals!!!

If you refer our services and they become a client, you will receive 10% of their first invoice.

Payments

Accepted forms of payment: *business checks, money orders, cashier checks or PayPal.

*A $30 Fee will be charged for all returned checks.

A 10% penalty will be added to all unpaid invoices over 15 days.
